Return Policy
At Apettail, we offer a hassle-free return process for our customers. To initiate a return, please use our dedicated returns portal only items registered through this portal will be accepted.
Return Conditions

Items must be in their original condition unused, unwashed, and free of odors, marks, or stains.

All tags and protective packaging must remain intact.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase.

Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Items purchased with a discount code can only be returned for store credit or an exchange.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned.
Refunds & Store Credit

Returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus a $10 fee for the prepaid return label (fee waived for store credit and exchanges).

As an independent retailer, each refund is processed manually by our returns team. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return arrives at our warehouse for processing.

Returns for orders made using installment payment services (e.g., Afterpay) are still subject to the original agreement.
Exchanges

We offer both standard and instant exchanges.

Instant exchanges require pre-authorization on your credit card.

Exchanged items can only be returned once and are eligible only for store credit.

International customers can return items for store credit and repurchase the desired product.
International Orders

Prepaid return labels are not available for customers outside the U.S.

International customers must return items to the designated address and will receive store credit as reimbursement.
Defective Items & Order Errors

Any defects or errors in your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Return Instructions

Access our returns portal and follow the guided steps.

Print your return label (if applicable) and prepare your package.

Include the return form and drop off the package with the carrier.

Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
